The statement stated that recent online articles, reports, and other information related to the company contained numerous serious inaccuracies. Haichen Energy Storage addressed five issues in the statement. Regarding the "trade secret infringement" incident involving Mr. Feng, the statement stated that the "composite current collector technology" involved in the online rumors has been verified by a professional third party to be publicly known and non-confidential, and therefore does not constitute a "trade secret." Furthermore, the company has not used this technology in any of its products, and the related dispute will not adversely impact the companys production and operations.
